HEALTHY EATING
We need to eat at least 2 servings of vegetables and fruits.Some unhealthy foods are fried chicken, french fries and many more.It is important to eat healthy because if you always eat unhealthy food, you will get many major diseases.One of the diseases is diabetes. If you eat healthy food , you can live a long and healthy life. I like eating fruits and vegetables because fruits are sweet and healthy while vegetables are nice and juicy and they are all healthy.Yes. It is because it will make our pupils have a long and happy life. I can encourage our pupils by telling them to eat more healthy food.
